Thank You letters
The Ursula Keyes Trust
You can read a selection of our thank you letters below. Please do contact us if you want to find out more or to discuss your own needs.

Thank you to the Ursula Keyes Trust and all the other donors and fundraisers who have helped us so far.

We are extremely grateful to everyone who has contributed to enable us to replace the mobile classroom and ensure that we can support families in our local community for many more years.

I am delighted to write to thank you for your very kind donation, which we have safely received into our bank account from the Ursula Keyes’ Trust.
This generous grant will make a great difference in helping us meet the mobility and care needs of our beneficiaries in Chester this year. It will enable us to fulfil our commitment to RAF veterans who are struggling to live independently due to injuries and disabilities sustained during Service, or frailty due to their advancing years.
This year has been difficult for many, with rising fuel prices and a subsequent cost of living crisis, which has put great financial strain on many of our families and individuals. Thanks to your generous grant, we can provide them with the practical support that they need to help improve mobility and independence both at home and in the community.
Please pass on our sincere gratitude to the Trustees for choosing to support the RAF Benevolent Fund’s work again this year. On behalf of our staff, volunteers and above all, the amazing RAF veterans and serving families that your grant will help, thank you and I look forward to updating you on the work of the ,Fund over the coming months.

We are hugely grateful for the outstanding support, belief and encouragement we have received from everyone involved in this project. It would not have been possible without them.

I am writing on behalf of the children, families and staff at Claire House Children’s Hospice to thank the Ursula Keyes’ Trust for the kind donation of £2,507 toward the purchase of a Ca reflex Chair for the hospice. We are sincerely grateful to the trustees for their support, and I hope you feel a great sense of pride knowing the difference you are making to the lives of the children and families we care for who use this important piece of equipment.
Please accept this letter as acknowledgment that the funds have been safely received at the hospice.
Through last year, 414 babies, children, young people and their families got the care and support they needed at Claire House. Our nurses provided 1,100 nights of respite care, meaning parents and carers were able to rest easy knowing their loved one was being well looked after during a planned or emergency stay at the hospice. And our team were there to hold the hands of 102 families when their child came to the end of their life, in their own homes, at the hospice or in hospital.
We will be sure to keep you informed of our work through the year. Once again, many thanks for continuing to support Claire House Children’s Hospice, giving us the ability to continue to provide the best possible care, with the best facilities.

This wonderful facility puts Chester FC Community Trust at the heart of our community and we are excited at the opportunities it will create to improve the lives of children, young people, families and older people, both now and for generations to come. We are hugely grateful for the outstanding support, belief and encouragement we have received from everyone involved in this project. It would not have been possible without them.
